Abstract

In the present work, high open-circuit voltage perovskite solar cells based on the TiO2/Al2O3/carbon structure have been prepared using simple screen printing method combined with drop-casting a CH3NH3PbBr3 solution. The obtained device acquired 7.1 % efficiency with 1.33 V open-circuit voltage under AM 1.5G illumination by control the perovskite solution concentration, annealing temperature, annealing time and TiO2 mesoporous layer thickness. The obtained perovskite device had almost no hysteresis under different scan rate, showing excellent steady state power output and stability.
